At this time of the year everybody starts longing for a break but December still seems so far away and we have just so much to do!

Most of us have some kind of stress in our lives. Just the everyday things can build up stress- traffic and road rage, deadlines and the expectations of everybody around you to perform at your best. Self-imposed stress due to the need to please everybody, being the best Mom, Dad, spouse or employee.
